How much is the care going to cost?
That depends on a variety of factors including, your condition, which treatment the doctor recommends for you, and your insurance coverage. The first step is for our medical team to examine you and get to the root cause of your condition. Once we have that we can put together a customized treatment plan and estimate what is best for you.
I don’t have insurance. Do you accept cash patients?
Yes, we have several payment options to make treatment affordable and convenient.
I don’t currently have insurance. Should I wait before coming in to get new insurance?
We recommend coming in for the initial consultation regardless of your status with insurance. This way we will be able to see your condition and what the Medical Team would recommend, which would give you a better idea of what’s needed for insurance.
I’ve already tried shots and my doctor says I should get surgery… so how can you help?
At the Natural Health Center, we encourage you to learn more about your health and your body to make informed decisions. We first do an extremely thorough exam to identify the problem at the source, educate you on what’s happening to your body and put together a treatment plan to eliminate pain and restore function. All our treatments are specifically designed with our clinic Mission in mind: to help as many people as possible get out of pain without the use of risky surgery or medication.
Can you help bone on bone? I don’t want surgery, but that’s what my doctor said I need.
Yes, we help patients every single day who came in with bone-on-bone conditions. With our treatments, they heal and get better. We can show you before & after imaging results when you come into the office and success stories. That being said, it is true that not all patients are candidates for our treatments and unfortunately if your condition is too far gone for us to help, surgery will be the best option. It is good to get a second opinion, which is why we offer a complimentary initial consultation.
If you treat joint pain, why don’t you have an Orthopedic Surgeon on staff?
Our clinic’s mission is to help our patients eliminate pain and restore function without the use of medication or surgery. An Orthopedic specializes in bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles, but the big difference is that they are surgeons and specialize in surgery. It is because of this we have been unable to find an Orthopedic with whom we align with. If you would like surgery, please see an orthopedic doctor.
Can you guarantee me results?
In the state of New Jersey, it is illegal for any medical provider to guarantee results. So, no we can not make any guarantees, however, we can tell you The Natural Health Center has been in practice for over 45 years and we have many many success stories, reviews, and testimonials that we are happy to share with you. Our entire Medical Team is extremely dedicated to exceeding our patients’ expectations and achieving the intended results.
I can’t make my scheduled appointments; can I just show up when I am available?
Any care that you receive at The Natural Health Center is carefully coordinated and scheduled between the teams, if you have any scheduling issues then you will need to call the clinic and speak to a member of our front desk staff and they will help you find a solution. Showing up outside your scheduled time may result in a longer wait or you not being able to receive care that day.
I was in excruciating pain, but now it’s not bad. Should I come in now or wait until it gets worse again?
The truth is pain is not normal. Pain is an indicator that there is inflammation going on in your body. It is the last sign to pop up and is the body’s way of telling you something is very wrong. There are many causes of inflammation that make the pain sensation, including joint, muscular, or nerve dysfunction, or structural imbalances.
We recommend seeing the Natural Health Center sooner than later so we can determine the exact cause(s) of what’s going on with your body and treat them to prevent any future flare-ups.

What does the Natural Health Center do?
Our mission for the past 45 years has been to help our patients get out of pain and improve their health without the use of medication or surgery. Our medical team is staffed with seasoned doctors and providers who have advanced training in a wide range of specialties. We have such an excellent reputation because our clinicians are very specific when accepting a patient for care and will only take patients that we know we can help.
Where is your clinic?
Located in Clifton, New Jersey, The Natural Health Center serves patients from communities in and around North Jersey. Our address is 1033 Clifton Avenue Suite 114, Clifton, NJ 07013.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major medical insurances for many of our services, however, we do have services that no insurance will cover, unfortunately. For specific coverage information on your treatment plan, please contact our Case Management team at 973-370-9378 and we’d be happy to help.
Do you speak other languages?
Other than English, we have staff who speak Spanish and Arabic.
What can I expect on my first visit?
On your first visit to the Natural Health Center, we typically do a consultation and/or physical exam to get to the bottom of what is causing your pain. We may also take X-rays to get a clear picture of what is going on with your body. Our medical team will then meet and go over your findings to determine the exact course of treatment that would be best for you.
Should I wait to see a doctor?

Do I need a second opinion?
Our medical practitioners are passionate about forwarding our mission to help as many people as possible get out of pain without medication or surgery.
